Cindy Tereba appointed CTO of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce has announced in a press release that Cindy Tereba has been promoted to chief transformation officer (CTO), joining the executive board alongside CEO Carlo Thelen. In addition to her new responsibilities, Tereba will remain director of international affairs, ensuring continuity in strategic projects for the internationalisation of businesses.
Over the past few months, the Chamber of Commerce has embarked on a wide-ranging strategic review process, with the aim of continuing to optimise its organisation and continually adapt its services and actions to the needs of economic players. The main missions remain the defence and promotion of business interests at national and European level, in order to strengthen the competitiveness and attractiveness of the Luxembourg economy. With the new internal governance, particular emphasis is placed on change, digitalisation and the efficiency of internal processes, with a view to cross-functionality and a more matrix-based organisation.
The chamber’s executive committee, chaired by Carlo Thelen, now comprises the following directors: Cindy Tereba (chief transformation officer, international affairs), Christel Chatelain (economic affairs), Stéphanie Damgé (entrepreneurship), Muriel Morbé (talents and skills) and Anne-Sophie Theissen (legal and European affairs).
Anne-Marie Loesch (sustainability and business development), Bérengère Beffort (public relations, marketing and communication), Steve Breier (finance and affiliation), Nathalie Massonet (budget and controlling) and Patrick Wolter (human resources) complete the management committee.
The reorganisation was approved at the plenary meeting on 25 September 2024, chaired by Fernand Ernster.
